…because she sends me notes like this in the mail. The real mail. The post-man-or-woman-walks-up-to-your-house mail. Not the virtual mail. Those count too. But these are extra special. Oh, and if you can’t read the handwriting, too bad. Mine is virtually the same, so I have no trouble making it out. And, this was truly meant for my eyes, not yours. So consider yourself extra special, too! If you can read it, all the better!
Jen: I hope this is okay to share. I’m assuming you’d tell me otherwise. [smiles]

That is so cool that you two are blogging, together. What a wonderful sister bonding thing to do!!
What kind of bonding stuff do I do with my sisters … um … we eat mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and watch Kungfu movies. I think I like your idea. It’s certainly better for the thighs…
I am a sucka for handwritten notes. I still send them and even occasionally receive them. I have a couple of friends who continue to humour me despite the ease of email. I love holding in my hand a piece of paper that someone I love held not so long before.
Plus a handwritten note really says…you are worth the trouble of finding paper, pen, an envelope and postage and that means something too!
Thanks for sharing your relationship with the rest of us in spurts. It’s inspiring!
That is super cute! I’ve never met sisters that acted the way you do. It’s nice to know it happens.
