Maybe it's 20 miles in as many hours with only 2 hours of sleep, but I am a bit weepy about this post. This motherhood. This kind we finally know so well. It's going to end - and yet there is a wide door open. Babies toddlers kids teens. Makers and doers and lovers of their own. They are amazing - because we've made them so! I love this post. I'm kind of at your stage, also. My littlest is 3 but the other one's in school, and I'm slowly re-discovering myself. Or trying to. For so long, it's about everyone else's needs but your own. And when you feel that starting to ease, it's both wonderful and perplexing. Sometimes I wonder: Am I still in there? I love this post. I’m kind of at your stage, also.
