		<description>My sister and I are also six years apart, and I&#039;m the oldest so I completely understand the type of relationship the two of you have had. I realize that six years may not be much, but my sister and I really belonged to different &quot;generations&quot;. We didn&#039;t play with the same toys, we couldn&#039;t share friends and outings, we were just too far apart. Even today, we still are, although we both try not to be. 

Today, I have two little boys, 19 months apart. Mother nature was kind enough to let me give birth to two wonderful children so close in age, even though I was already 36 and then almost 38. I really hope that my kids grow up to become great friends, because sibling relationships are quite precious.
